According to us wine, winery and experience are unbreakable because wine is the result of a year of our work, winery is the creator and precious keeper of our wines, while experience is our cultural path.
Our dream, apart from the production, has always been to spread passion and knowledge of our field and to welcome the lovers and curious tourists, unaware of the beauty, and willing to taste a glass of wine in a family and natural environment. Nowadays we have succeeded in this engagement taking care of ourselves, hosting activity, also creating a net with other local activities with the specific aim to let other productive realities be known, which share our vision of protection and evaluation of the this area

OUR IDEA OF WINERY
In our family the commitment to the wine was born from dad Raffaele’s unconditional love for the land and nowadays, thanks to the acquired knowledges he left us, we keep going on our work with great respect of the nature, through precise managing of the vineyards, because we think that the wine quality is linked to the wellness of the plants and the grapes’ quality. To reduce to the minimum the treatment on the vineyard, we use a meteorological station and a sophisticated software, allowing us to trace (in real time) the data referring to the soil and the environment’s condition, in order to optimize the process of management and to prevent any eventual plant’s diseases. For the aging, we prefer to highlight the grape using steel barrels, producing in this way wines rich in character, sophisticated, balanced and pleasant.

Greco di tufo is our passion and pushed by passion, we have decided to realize champagne only with Greco di Tufo grapes, using a classic production method all done in winery with a long aging in the bottle.

Our love for the territory and the firm willing to protect it has convinced us to establish a circolar production, addressed to eliminate wastes and to the self-regeneration, all the biological products are reintegrated in the biosphere as compost while other production wastes are used to make objects and typical products with original unique tastes.
